Day 1: Airport to Arusha for Dinner and Overnight Stay

Day 2: Arusha and Tarangire National Park
Your Driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:00am and drive you for 3-hours to Tarangire National Park. This journey also doubles as a road trip as you’ll drive across various scenic regions of the country. Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, enjoy a short en route game drive as you head to your booked lodge. You’ll arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Check in at the lodge and enjoy a sumptuous meal.
After lunch, enjoy an evening game drive in Tarangire National Park. This National Park is home to different wildlife species including the African Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant) cheetahs, hyena, zebras, and giraffes among others. You’ll drive through different wildlife hot spots for a memorable viewing experience. Later, after the adventure, drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Travel to Serengeti National Park
Wake up and have breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, embark on a drive to Serengeti National Park. Drive towards the fertile highlands where the Iraqw people grow wheat, coffee, and corn for opportunities to see the farming activities. The drive to Serengeti National Park takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
From the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, we will continue with our drive to onwards to Serengeti National Park. Arrive in the park and proceed to your booked safari lodge. Serengeti translates to endless plains in Mara, the native language of the Maasai people who inhabit the area near the park.
Lunch will be enjoyed at the lodge. After lunch, you’ll enjoy an afternoon adventure in Serengeti National Park. Embark on an evening game drive in Serengeti National Park, exploring different wildlife hot spots for an introductory experience in the park. Expect to encounter different wildlife species, including lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo, elephants, and cheetahs, among others. Later, after the evening game drive, drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day safari in Serengeti National Park
On this 4th day of 7-Day Serengeti Tarangire Ngorongoro After breakfast, proceed on a full-day adventure in the Serengeti National Park. From your safari lodge, you’ll visit the Seronera valley, which is one of the famous wildlife viewing spots in the park. While here, you’ll encounter different wildlife species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes, among others. You’ll proceed with a drive to the Maasai Kopjes, an area with dramatic granite outcrops that are scenic. This area is good for lion sightings.
Continue with a drive to the central plains and the Seronera River valley, which are also hot spots for wildlife species like antelopes, zebras, wildebeest, and different predators like lions and leopards.
You can also visit the southern and central plains for opportunities to witness the wildebeest migration, especially if your safari is timed well. Later return to the central Serengeti area where you’ll be spending your night. After an unforgettable day, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head out for another game drive in the Serengeti National Park before checking out and transferring to Ngorongoro. Day 6: Full-day adventure in Ngorongoro Crater
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, embark on a journey to the crater floor, one of the most wildlife-populated area in Tanzania for a remarkable wildlife viewing experience. The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the Seven Wonders of Africa, and the most incredible ecosystems on Earth, formed millions of years ago in the massive explosion of a volcano.
The crater is 610m deep and covers roughly around 260 square kilometers, making it the largest unbroken caldera on earth. About 25,000 animals live on the crater floor, making it a hot spot for wildlife viewing safaris in Tanzania. It is also known for hosting one of the largest lion populations in the country and Africa as a whole.
You’ll spend the whole day exploring the crater floor as you encounter different wildlife species, including lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and some of the more than 500 bird species in the area.
